We hold introduction sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from 1930 - 2030 where by the gym is used by newcomers who have no or little knowledge of Olympic Lifting and a beginer level of fitness.


So you wont feel out of place. The hardest thing to do at Pilgrim is taking that first step through the door. After that you will soon feel at home and begin to understand how we program, scale workouts and gain the results you want.
