1-2-1 PT Sessions

Taking fitness to another level requires bespoke tailored training and focus on individual goals and requirements. With experience in setting and delivering training plans for professional athletes, armed forces, we have the knowledge of how to get you to where you want to be, if you have the drive.

What a PT program offers:

Sessions are £25 an hour and are available Monday to Friday from 0700am to 0900am. Further timings are available on request.
