Bootcamp:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday with a catch-up available on Sundays from 0900-1000

The first WOD you do is FREE. Just book online and rock up. If you really want to get fit you can't be in a better place.  Don't take our word for it just ask our members.

Monday:

 1730-1830 / 1830-1930

Tuesday:

0600-0700

1730-1830 / 1830-1930

Wednesday:

  1730-1830 / 1830-1930

Thursday:

0600-0700

1730-1830 / 1830-1930

Friday:

 1730-1830 /1830-1930

Saturday:

900-1100 - OPEN GYM

Sunday:

0900-1000 Bootcamp / WOD Hero Hour /1000-1100 - OPEN GYM

Open Gym is available from 0600-0900 / 1700-1930 Monday to Friday and 0900-1100 Saturday & Sunday; space dependant.

​

Fundamentals:

Fundamentals are an introduction back into the gym or Olympic Lifting if this is new to you. They run on a Tuesday and Thursday from 1930-2030 and cost £30 for 8 sessions. Call to BOOK.
