Bootcamp:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday with a catch-up available on Sundays from 0900-1000

WOD

The first WOD you do is FREE. Just book online and rock up. If you really want to get fit you can't be in a better place.  Don't take our word for it just ask our members.

Monday:

0700-8000 / 0930-1030 / 1100-1200/ 1730-1830 / 1830-1930

Tuesday:

0600-0700 / 0700-0800 / 0930-1030 / 1100-1200 / 1730-1830 / 1830-1930

Wednesday:

0700-0800 / 0930-1030 / 1200-1330 / 1100-1200 / 1830-1930

Thursday:

0600-0700 / 0930-1030 / 1200-1330 / 1100-1200 / 1830-1930

Friday:

0700-0800 / 0930-1030 / 1200-1330 / 1100-1200 / 1830-1930

Saturday:

900-1000/1000-1100

Sunday:

0900-1000/1000-1100

Fundamentals:

Fundamentals are an introduction back into the gym or Olympic Lifting if this is new to you. They run on a Tuesday and Thursday from 1930-2030 and cost £30 for 8 sessions.
