Pilgrim Fitness Programming

Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.

Our PF Programmed classes make up the bulk of what we do.

​

We use as many different movements, with as many different weights over as many different time frames or work rates as possible to ensure your body never becomes "comfortable" with it's training programme. This creates an environment of maximum adaptation so, whatever your goals, you will achieve them faster than with any other type of training.

 

Though designed for the generalist, our combination of natural functional human movements performed at a variety of intensities provides an imperative supplement to any sport. Whether you want to improve in a certain field, increase your overall fitness, lose body fat or just become healthier and avoid all of todays metabolic illnesses, this is the programme for you.

A standard class will include: A group warm up; A period of strength work- following our personal 8 week strength cycle- and; Climaxing in one of our PF Programmed workouts that, as stated above, vary in time, work rate, movements and every other factor, so that overtime there are no gaps in your fitness and you're ready for whatever life throws at you.
